01 General Terms & Introduction

02 Account Registration & Eligibility

• Each person may only register one account. If duplicate accounts are found, both will be closed and any deposited funds may be forfeited.
• Your account password must be kept confidential. You may not share or allow others to access your account.
• Completing KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is mandatory — particularly before making a withdrawal.

If any information is found to be false, Zoya Line reserves the right to immediately close the account and withhold any remaining balance.

03 Deposits & Withdrawals

Zoya Line supports Bangladesh's most widely used mobile banking methods — Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer.

For deposits:

• Minimum deposit amount: BDT 500.
• Deposits are generally instant — funds appear in your account within 5 minutes.
• Deposited funds are to be used for gaming purposes only.
• Depositing funds from illegal sources is strictly prohibited. Any activity related to money laundering will be referred to the relevant authorities.

For withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
• Withdrawals are typically processed in as little as 14 minutes, with a maximum turnaround of 24 hours.
• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals can only be made via the same method used for the original deposit.
• Withdrawing bonus funds requires the wagering requirement to be met first (see Section 4 for details).

04 Bonus Policy & Wagering Requirements

• If the wagering requirement is not met within 30 days of receiving a bonus, the bonus will be forfeited.

05 Gaming Rules & Fair Play

All game outcomes on Zoya Line are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). No result is predetermined or manipulated.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Zoya Line:

• Using any software, bot, or automated system to play games.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes.
• Using multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Colluding with other players to influence game outcomes.
• Intentionally exploiting any bug or technical error in the system.

Involvement in any of the prohibited activities listed above will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and legal action where applicable.

• Abusive or harassing behavior.
• Money laundering or any illegal financial activity.

Users may close their account at any time. Any valid balance remaining at the time of closure will be eligible for withdrawal — however, any bonus balance will be forfeited.
